葡萄糖酸钠的用途!

葡萄糖酸钠是一种多羟基羧酸钠,用途十分广泛,现就已经被开发应用方面的情况介绍如下:
Sodium gluconate is a kind of sodium polyhydroxycarboxylate, which is widely used. The development and application of sodium gluconate are introduced as follows:
1、用作水质稳定剂:
1. As water quality stabilizer:
由于葡萄糖酸钠具有优异的缓蚀阻垢作用,所以被广泛用于水质稳定剂,例如作为石油化工企业循环冷却水系统,低压锅炉,内燃机冷却水系统等处理药剂。因为它有以下特异优点:
Sodium gluconate is widely used as a water quality stabilizer because of its excellent corrosion and scale inhibition effects, such as circulating cooling water system in petrochemical enterprises, low-pressure boiler, cooling water system of internal combustion engine and so on. Because it has the following special advantages:
⑴具有明显的协调效应。适用于钼、硅、磷、钨、亚硝酸盐等配方,由于协调效应影响,缓蚀效果大大提高。
(1) it has obvious coordination effect. It is suitable for molybdenum, silicon, phosphorus, tungsten, nitrite and other formulations. Due to the coordination effect, the corrosion inhibition effect is greatly improved.
⑵缓蚀率随温度升高而增加。一般缓蚀剂随着温度升高而缓蚀率下降,甚至完全失去作用。但葡萄糖酸钠恰恰相反,缓蚀率在一定范围内随温度升高而提高,例如对炭钢等材质的试验中,温度从77℃F于上升到120℃F,其缓冲率平均提高5%以上。所以葡萄糖酸钠这种奇异的特性,对较高温度的体系或从低温到高温的变温体系 ,作缓蚀剂使用 是十分理想。

⑶阻垢能力强:对钙,镁,铁盐具有很强的络合能力,所以阻垢能力很强,特别对Fe3+有极好的螯合作用,甚至在全PH范围内部有作用。

⑷灭公害。使用葡萄糖酸钠作为循环冷却水缓蚀阻垢剂,达到灭公害,这是目前所使用的其他缓蚀阻垢剂无法比拟的优点。

2、用做钢铁表面清洗剂:

钢铁表面如需要镀钵、镀铬、镀锡、镀镍以适应特殊用途时,如制造马口铁,镀锌板,表面镀铬(电度)等,其钢坯表面均需经过严格清洗,使镀层物与钢铁表面牢固结合,这时候其清洗药剂中添加葡萄糖酸钠将会达到十分理想的效果。这一点已经被上制造马口铁的大公司所证实。

饮料工业,食品工业,酿造工业的日数以亿万计的玻璃瓶,如汽水瓶,啤酒瓶,牛奶瓶,罐头瓶,酱油瓶,酒瓶等,其清洗工作是一项十分重要的事情,清洗剂的药剂配方是一项难度较高的技术工作。目前国内尚未出现一种比较理想的药剂。主要存在问题有:去垢力不强,易堵塞洗瓶机的喷咀及管路;对瓶贴及瓶颈铁锈去染力不理想;洗后微量残留物对食用安全性不理想(如磷酸盐残留);洗涤水排放成公害(不能符合规定之标准)。如在其玻璃瓶清洗剂的药剂配方中改用葡萄糖酸钠为主体,则上述问题均能迎刃而解。这方面的应用国内尚未开发,若形成市场,潜力很大。

4、作水泥掺合剂

水泥中添加一定数量葡萄糖酸钠后,可增加混凝土的可塑性和强度,且有阻滞作用,即推迟混凝土的更初与更终凝固时期。
