无水葡萄糖的化学性质!

1. The aldehyde group in the molecule is reductive and can react with silver ammonia solution: CH2OH (Choh) 4cho + 2ag (NH3) 2OH (water bath heating) → CH2OH (Choh) 4coonh4 + 2ag ↓ + 3nh3 + H2O, which is oxidized to ammonium gluconate.
2、醛基还能被还原为己六醇。

3、分子中有多个羟基,能与酸发生酯化反应。

6、植物光合作用:6CO2+6H2O(叶绿素、阳光催化)——C6H12O6+6O2。

7、葡萄糖与新制氢氧化铜反应方程式:CH2OH(CHOH)4CHO+2Cu(OH)2-加热->CH2OH(CHOH)4COOH+Cu2O↓+2H2O。

8、葡萄糖在一定条件下分解成为水和二氧化碳。

9、麦芽糖的水解:C12H22O11+H2O(催化剂)→2CH2OH(CHOH)4CHO。

10、淀粉和纤维素水解:(C6H10O5)n+nH2O(催化剂)→nCH2OH(CHOH)4CHO。
